An app-authored companion inspired by ARMOR THE MIND
Stillguard turns a crowded moment into three gentle pieces: one anchor, one kinder sentence, and one realistic next move. Nothing is scored. Keep only what helps.
The factual threshold
ARMOR THE MIND appears in the current IRS-derived nonprofit record in Auburn, Washington, under a broad mental-health and crisis-intervention classification. Public research did not locate a reliable organization-controlled mission, program, staff, service, or contact surface. Stillguard does not fill those gaps with claims. It expands the surrounding domain as clearly labeled, app-authored education.

Stillguard cannot diagnose, monitor, call, text, or alert anyone. In the U.S., 988 offers crisis support; 911 is for immediate danger or a life-threatening emergency.
The weather-to-shelter loop
A hard moment can feel too wide for a checklist. Stillguard narrows the field without pretending the difficulty is small. Start with the present weather, meet one illustrated practice, and assemble a plan sized for the next hour.
Fog, static, heat, weight, or scatter: choose a texture rather than a diagnosis.
Anchor the room or body. Adjust the sentence. Make one next move.
Save a Shelter locally, delete it, erase everything, or let the moment pass without a record.
The Atrium
The Weather Wheel helps you describe the moment without turning it into a permanent story about who you are. Each weather opens a different part of the Kiln: grounding, focus, language, rest, connection, recovery, or support.
“The path is foggy” leaves more room than “there is no path.” The distinction is small, practical, and honest.
The Shelter builder
Cycle through anchors, phrases, and next steps. Open any piece for a fuller practice. Add a brief note if language helps. The builder does not reward completion, insist on a streak, or treat reflection as proof of wellness.
Your Shelter is a private working draft. It can be changed, deleted, or left unsaved.
The Kiln
The library ranges across sensory noticing, gentle breathing, boundaries, focus, rest, connection, gratitude, thought distance, uncertainty, self-compassion, recovery, and clear paths toward human support.
A deliberately modest promise
Educational reflection can sit beside trusted people and professional care, but it cannot replace them. Stillguard keeps that boundary visible in its content, its privacy policy, and the way the product behaves.
